As Your Vacant Home Manager
We offer a comprehensive vacant home management service to ensure your property is well-maintained and secure during periods of vacancy., We can customize our services to meet your specific needs and preferences. With our vacant home management service, you can have peace of mind knowing that your property is in good hands.
Weekly Check-ins
Our team will perform a weekly check-in, where we will conduct a thorough inspection of your property, checking for any signs of damage, leaks, or weather-related issues. We will also flush your plumbing to prevent sediment build-up, clear your mailbox, and ensure the heating and power systems are functioning properly.
As-Needed Maintenance
If we identify any maintenance issues that require attention to preserve your property, we will seek your approval and arrange for vendors to address the matter promptly. Typical examples of such issues may involve significant debris accumulation on the roof, overflowing gutters, malfunctioning HVAC systems, and other related concerns.
Welcome Home Cleaning
We will arrange with your cleaning service or one of our trusted vendors to ensure your home is clean and welcoming upon your return. It's the perfect way to come back home after your time away!

Properties can be a fantastic investment. Not only are you investing in your home; your asset will appreciate over time. However, properties require constant maintenance and upkeep. They are made to be lived in!
If you are away for extended periods of time, we can help by ensuring your systems are operating properly and that we react to any issues that arise to avoid costly damage or repairs later. When we visit, we will also make sure your packages and mail are kept inside to avoid porch pirates while you are away!
We also make sure you have a luxurious welcome and will arrange for cleaners to arrive prior to your return and make sure your heat is on!

Property Site Visits
$100/visit thereafter
We will visit your property as many times during your extended leave as desired to ensure everything is taken care of.
General property checkups include:
- Flushing all plumbing
- Visual inspection to ensure no leaks from
plumbing, windows, roof, etc. - Ensure no large debris have hit the house during storms
- Ensuring heat is set between 55 - 65 degrees in winter
- Clearing mail
- Put any and all packages inside
- If you don't have smart lighting,
we will randomize security lighting - Report to you at time of completion
- Other services can be arranged on request
Maintenance Coordination
Per Invoice
If we see any items that need attention, we will contact you for approval to proceed with taking care..
